1. These flat rates are for construction waste, demolition waste, tree limbs, and related types of debris.
2. Appliances, tires, batteries, or propane tanks are not accepted.  Please call for more information on disposal of individual items.
3. Charge accounts available for commercial customers with approved credit.
4. There is as a $45 delivery fee in addition to the rates below.  Additional delivery charges may apply outside of Iredell County.

Charlotte Waste Roll Off Container Customer Agreement

Customer is responsible for any and all damage to containers on site.

Debris is not to be loaded over the top or sides of the container.

Charlotte Waste Roll Off Container  is not responsible for damage to driveways, grass, shrubs, water lines, etc.

There is a $35.00 service charge on returned checks.

Paint cans, hazardous waste, and flammable materials, sealed drums or any liquid that is not identified cannot be placed in dumpster.
